1. I can’t log in to my MP Suite account. What should I do?
- First, make sure you’re using the correct email and password.
- Check your internet connection and disable any VPN temporarily.
- If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it.
- If the problem persists, email support@followforfollowbot.com with a screenshot of the error message.
2. The software doesn’t start after installation.
- Ensure you are running Windows 10 or newer (64-bit).
- Run the software as Administrator (right-click → “Run as Administrator”).
- Check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking the app — whitelist MPsuite.exe if needed.
- If still not working, reinstall the latest version from your dashboard.
3. My antivirus says the file is suspicious. Is it safe?
Yes, 100% safe.
Some antivirus programs flag automation tools as “suspicious” due to background activity.
MP Suite does not contain any malware or spyware.
You can safely whitelist the app in your antivirus or Windows Defender.
4. How do I install MP Suite on a VPS (Virtual Private Server)?
- Rent a Windows VPS (Windows Server 2019 or newer) from providers like Contabo, Vultr, or Hostinger.
- Connect to the VPS using Remote Desktop Connection.
- Download and install MP Suite.
- Log in using your license key and start your automation tasks.

5. How do I install on Mac or Linux?
Option 1: Install a Windows virtual machine using Parallels, VirtualBox, or VMware.
Option 2: Use a Windows VPS (recommended for 24/7 uptime).

6. Why does my account say “Verification required” or “Suspicious login detected”?
This is a security check from the social media platform — not from MP Suite.
To resolve:
- Log in manually via browser or app to confirm your identity.
- Wait a few minutes, then re-login inside MP Suite.
- Make sure you use a dedicated proxy from the same country as your account.
7. Do I need proxies?
If you manage only one or two personal accounts, you may not need proxies.
If you manage multiple client accounts or more than 3 profiles per platform, yes — proxies are essential to stay safe and avoid IP conflicts.
You can use our built-in proxy system or add your own private proxies directly in the settings.
8. How do I connect proxies?
- Go to Settings → Proxy Manager.
- Click Add Proxy and enter details:
IP:Port:Username:Password. - Assign each account to a unique proxy for maximum safety.
- Test connection → status should show “Success”.
9. I’m getting “API Error” or “Login Failed” messages.
This can happen when the social platform temporarily blocks logins.
To fix it:
- Wait 1–2 hours before retrying.
- Log in manually in browser to confirm account status.
- Change proxy or slow down activity speed in settings.
- Update to the latest version of MP Suite.
10. Why is my automation speed so slow?
Safety first! MP Suite intentionally limits actions to mimic human behavior.
If you increase the speed too much, platforms may detect it as automation.
Use “Gradual Speed Increase” mode — the system will safely accelerate actions over time.
11. My tasks suddenly stopped running.
- Check if your license is active and not expired.
- Ensure your internet or VPS connection is stable.
- Verify that all accounts are logged in successfully.
- Restart the software — it will automatically resume pending tasks.
12. How do I back up my settings and campaigns?
MP Suite automatically saves your configuration locally.
To create a manual backup:
- Go to Settings → Backup/Restore
- Click Export Settings to save a .json file
You can later import this file to restore your setup on another device or VPS.
13. How do I update the software?
- You’ll receive in-app notifications when a new version is available.
- Click Update Now or download the new installer from your dashboard.
- Your data and campaigns remain intact — no need to reconfigure.
14. My VPS went offline — will the bot continue running?
No. If the VPS shuts down or loses internet, the bot will pause.
To keep campaigns active 24/7, ensure your VPS auto-restarts after system updates and maintains stable uptime.
15. How do I activate my license key?
- Purchase the plan and check your email for the license key.
- Open MP Suite → click Activate License.
- Paste your key and press Activate.
- You’re ready to go!
If activation fails, contact support with your key and payment email.
16. Can I move my license to another computer?
Yes. Deactivate your license in the current installation, then activate it again on your new device or VPS.
Your campaigns will sync once you re-import your backup file.
17. What are the recommended system requirements?
Minimum:
- Windows 10 (64-bit) or later
- 4GB RAM, 2 CPU cores
- Stable internet connection
Recommended for agencies:
- 8GB RAM, 4+ CPU cores
- SSD storage
- Windows VPS with static IP
18. The app freezes or crashes. What should I do?
- Restart the app and your system.
- Close unnecessary programs to free RAM.
- Update to the latest version.
- If the issue continues, export your logs and send them to support@followforfollowbot.com for diagnosis.
19. How often should I restart the bot?
We recommend restarting it every 24–48 hours to refresh sessions and improve performance.
The system will automatically resume from your last task list.
20. Can I use the bot for other platforms not listed (e.g., TikTok)?
Currently, no.
We’re actively working on adding more platforms, but we recommend using MP Suite only for supported ones to ensure reliability and compliance.
21. I lost my license key — how do I recover it?
Email us at support@followforfollowbot.com with the email you used for purchase.
We’ll resend your activation details within 24 hours.
22. My VPS IP got flagged by Instagram/X. What now?
- Stop activity for 24–48 hours.
- Switch to a new proxy or VPS IP.
- Re-verify your accounts manually before resuming automation.
- Avoid aggressive settings in the future — slow and steady wins the race.
23. Do you offer one-on-one setup help?
Yes. Our Priority Support Plan includes direct help from our setup specialists.
We can assist via email, live chat, or screen-sharing sessions (on request).
24. Does the software auto-renew each month?
Yes. Your plan renews automatically unless you cancel it in your dashboard before the next billing date.
You’ll receive a reminder email a few days before renewal.
