Welcome to FollowForFollowBot (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our software, website, services, or applications (collectively, the “Service”). 2. Account Eligibility & Responsibility

  • One individual or legal entity may hold only one account unless otherwise permitted.

3. Payment, Subscription, and Refund Policy

  • A valid payment method is required for subscription-based services.
  • Unless otherwise stated, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current rate each billing cycle.
  • Upon subscribing you acknowledge that you have no claim for refund for partial use of a billing period unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, charges will reflect in your next billing cycle. Downgrades may result in reduced access or functionality of the Service, for which we accept no liability.

4. Cancellation and Termination

  • Prices of all services are subject to change at any time. Notice of price changes may be posted on our website or announced via email.
  • We are not responsible for any consequences arising from service modifications or price changes.

6. Service Use and Content

  • To use the Service, you must activate an account and link your social media profiles as required.
  • You warrant that you are the legal owner of the linked accounts and have rights to authorize their use.
  • You must comply with the terms of the social media platforms you connect via our Service. Any misuse (including unauthorized access, spam, or botting) is your responsibility and may result in account suspension.
  • FollowForFollowBot is not affiliated with any social media platform unless explicitly stated.
  • Use of the Service is at your own risk — we do not guarantee outcomes or performance metrics.

7. License Grant & Intellectual Property

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the term of your subscription.
  • We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights and any enhancements.
  • You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
  • Your use of the Service is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any outcomes.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the prior billing period.

  • Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Jose, California.
